What is a DSP-5 Export License and how can I get the application form?

The DSP-5 Form is used to authorize the commercial export of US munitions list articles and services, in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Must be obtained from the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls division of the Political-Military Affairs Bureau (PM/DDTC). See http://www.pmdtc.org/licenses.htm for details.
